Currently, he heads Shankar Netrika Eye Center in Bombay. The Eye Center is located in the heart of Bombay city in an area called Parel which is witnessing an unprecedented growth and economic boom. He performs his LASIK surgeries at:

Past Assignments
Retina fellow (July 2008 to July 2010) in the Department of Ophthalmology at University of California Irvine, USA under the world famous cataract and corneal refractive surgeon Dr. Roger Steinert.
He also worked with Dr. Ron Kurtz, the inventor of INTRALASE FS Laser for LASIK, founder of IntraLase Corp., Irvine, CA based on the femtosecond laser technology.
Besides the busy clinical schedule, he was a part time employee at the headquarter of Allergan Inc. at Irvine, California working to devise newer modes of drug deliveries and vehicles into the posterior segment of the eye.
He also devoted some time working in research lab in the Gavin S. Herbert Eye Institute, Orange studying drug toxicities and their reversal on human retinal cell lines.
