In Posterior Polar Cataract opacity is stuck to posterior capsule. Hydrodissection might peel it off leading to rent in PC. Do hydrodelineation, then perform phaco in anterior part of lens keeping posterior plate with opacity to be removed last. This will avoid PC dehiscence.
