Morelia is a city in the state of Michoacan in Central Mexico.
The noteworthy point is that he bore all the expenses for the mission.
To his amazement, he was the only phaco surgeon in the hospital.
And by sheer chance, he found himself to be a phaco trainer for other surgeons over there.
