It is extremely important to us surgeons, specially those in private practice, to have a very

good knowledge about microbiology, structure of an operating theater,   ways of maintaining it,

techniques of autoclaving  and cleaning of instruments.

I am going to publish on my website series of power point presentations which were presented

This photo depicts Indian women in their traditional dresses.

Here the occasion is Diwali on Nov 5, 2010 and that is why one lady has lit up tiny fires on oil lamps.

The idea is to please the god of wealth who is also supposed to be a lady dressed in similar dress.

The fact that it doesnt work (otherwise why would so many be so poor) does not discourage them.
